On trading

We trade on our own account and at our own risk. Where we act in a brokering capacity, we state that explicitly in the offer, so you always know in what capacity we are at the table.

Because we only trade what we can oversee. A broader offering sounds more attractive but in practice makes you dependent on parties you don't know. That risk ends up with the buyer.

Usually a standard sales agreement with Incoterms agreed in advance. Payment follows the structure that fits the transaction — documentary credit, escrow or advance payment. Which one it is appears in the proposal, not only at the contract stage.

Registration, ownership structure, trading history, and the documentation accompanying the offer itself. Offers whose chain cannot be traced are declined, however attractive the price.

On consultancy

Companies that want to start trading energy products themselves, and businesses that want a concrete offer assessed before committing.

On real estate

No. Our portfolio is owned outright. We offer no participations or investment products and carry out no licensable activities.
